We were so blessed this weekend to have another celebration in honor of Ava hosted by my dear friend Jenna. My parents came in for the big event, as well as Chris' mom and aunt. It was such a nice distraction from the everyday routine of bed rest but I did get tired very easy and the time spent with family and friends went by way too fast. Jenna did such an amazing job making me feel special and loved. We played lots of fun games, ate some yummy cake and made adorable onsies for Miss Ava that I can later make a quilt out of. The shower was a success, thank you Jenna for such a memorable event!!
My dad also painted the nursery for us this weekend and it turned out great!! I'll update you with pictures once we have the furniture put together but it is starting to look very nice. Thank you daddy, I love you!!
