Move on over swan princess, Ava is in the studio and can't be stopped. Ava started her first dance class August 6th and loves it so much. We went to pick out her leotard and tutu a few weeks before class and she asked me everyday if she could wear her dance clothes. We even had to make a ballet Pandora station so she could twirl.
The first day of class, we were the first ones to the studio. Ava insisted on putting her slippers on by herself and then we patiently waited for the teacher to arrive.
This is our first activity that isn't a mommy and me and Ava did amazing. When the teacher came, Ava handed her the class pass and walked right in, never looking back.
Ava was great at listening to her teacher and tried so hard to follow all of the routines. When class was over I asked Ava what her favorite part was and she said it was the plié and twirling. She is a natural. I am excited to watch her skills grow over this next year.
