The first week of January is a very important week for Chris. No, not because it's my birthday like you may have thought but because it's the start of football play-offs. Every year he goes to Vegas, watches an insurmountable amount of football, enjoys endless nights of playing cards.
This year I decided to go with him. Our friends, The Carroll's met us for the weekend to celebrate. Stacie has never been to Vegas so the first night we dressed up and enjoyed a delicious buffet dinner at Bellagio and show tickets to Cirque du Soleil's O.
Now as much as Stacie and I both enjoy watching football, there is only so much I can take of it. So, Saturday we went to Lagasse Stadium with the boys and lounged on these incredibly comfortable chairs watching football all day but on Sunday we left the boys to do what they do best and we headed to the Canyon Ranch Spa at The Venetian for an all day spa experience. Canyon Ranch was by far the most luxurious spa I have ever been to.
Our last day in Vegas we took in the sights of Freemont Street and The Strip. That evening we went to the Stratosphere and rode the rides on top of the tower before calling it a night.
