Christmas Surprise

Thursday evening after we got home from the hospital, Mimi and PopPop arrived for a week like planned but to my surprise, Jon and Bre arrived Friday evening for the weekend.  The two of them were on a road trip to see family before they moved to Rota, Spain.  I was hoping they would be able to visit but Jon kept telling me they wouldn't be able to make the extra hours south to see us.  Little did I know everyone but me was in on the surprise.

We had planned to have Christmas with Ava on Saturday so we were very excited to show her who Santa brought to the house.  When we woke up Saturday morning, another surprise was awaiting us.  Jenn and Trevor drove up late Friday evening from Tucson.  The entire family together for Christmas, it doesn't get much better than that.

Santa spoiled us with the best present possible...a son and a baby brother.  Ava also got a ton of playdoh, a kids etch a sketch, a new baby doll, and some clothes just to name a few.  I finally got the kitchen-aid I've been wanting for a long time and Chris got an air compressor and trip to Vegas.  I'd say it was a pretty perfect Christmas!
