We were hit by a late snowstorm this February and it was huge. There was a good 12 inches of snow in the backyard. Since Dean has been born he's either been too little to play in the snow or there hasn't been enough to play in so this was his first chance to really experience snow.
So we got all bundled up in our snow gear and headed outside. Dean loved stomping all over the yard. He didn't even mind when Ava threw snowballs on his head.
Ava and I made snow angels for our cousin Layne.
And daddy helped the kids make the biggest snowman I've ever seen. Chris said he had a hard time lifting the middle snowball because it was so big.
